Shipping with items available on hand may take 24 hours delivery within Port Moresby city limits and subject to a delivery fee where applicable.
For items not in stock:
Shipping from overseas may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive in Port Moresby and another 3 to 5 business days to PNG provinces. In some cases, please expect some logistic delays. Applicable for pre-ordered items.
For shipping into provinces:
-It takes 3-7 business days to arrive in provinces from Port Moresby
-All packages are shipped through DHL/FedEx/TNT to provinces

Returns are permitted for items displayed on the physical store. Items that are ordered from overseas through concierge service is not available for returns. Items returned for change of mind will not be accepted.
